특징

 

  • Purified virus 혹은 unpurified viral supernatant sample에서 CyQuant® GR Dye에 의해 형광으로 라벨링된 Retrovirus의 viral nucleic acid 양을 측정합니다.
  • Unpurified viral supernatant의 경우, transduction 과정 전에 상층액 titer를 결정하는데 유용합니다. 
  • 총 소요 시간은 60분입니다. 
  • Detection sensitivity limit : 1.5 X 10^9 Viral Particles (VP)/mL

Retrovirus RNA Standard Curve. The QuickTiter™ Retrovirus RNA Standard was diluted as described in the above instructions. Fluorescence measurement was performed on SpectraMax Gemini XS Fluorometer (Molecular Devices) with a 485/538 nm filter set and 530 nm cutoff.
