특징 

 

• IHC, ISH등의 조직 염색시 표적 단백질을 시각화 하기 위한 컬러 염색 킷트 입니다.
• 조직 절편에 AP나 HRP등의 효소가 처리된 항체를 반응 시킨 후 각 효소에 특이적인 기질-chromogen을 처리하고, hematoxylin등의 대조염색으로 염색하면 표적 단백질이 컬러로 표지됩니다.
