A. Western Blot: Exosome Detection (Western Blot) Antibody Pack [NBP3-11740] - Isolation and characterization of exosomes from cell culture supernatant and human blood. Immunoblot of exosomal markers CD81 (~30 kDa) using CD81 Antibody (NB100-65805), CD63 (~55 kDa), and LAMP2B (~50 kDa) in exosomes (5 ug lysates) isolated from the serum of breast cancer patients and healthy control. Grp94 (~100 kDa) and beta-actin (~42 kDa) serve as a negative control and a loading control, respectively.

A. Biological Strategies Validation. Simple Western: Exosome Detection (Simple Western) Antibody Pack [NBP3-11742] - Simple Western lane view shows lysates of Jurkat human acute T cell leukemia cell line untreated (-) or treated (+) by heat shocked (HS), loaded at 0.2 mg/mL. A specific band was detected for HSP70/HSPA1A at approximately 67 kDa (as indicated) using 0.5 ug/mL of Mouse Anti-Human/Mouse/Rat HSP70/HSPA1A Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB1663). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using the 12-230 kDa separation system.

B. Simple Western: Exosome Detection (Simple Western) Antibody Pack [NBP3-11742] - Simple Western lane view shows lysates of human platelets, loaded at 0.2 mg/mL. A specific band was detected for CD63 at approximately 59 kDa (as indicated) using 20 ug/mL of Rabbit Anti-Human CD63 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB50482). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using the 12-230 kDa separation system.
