특징

Dissociated Tumor & Tissue Cells (DTCs)는 종양 조직이나 다른 생체 조직에서 세포를 분리하여 개별 상태로 만든 세포로, 종양 세포의 특성이나 행동을 이해하는 데 중요한 역할을 합니다. 
DTCs는 종양의 전이 과정을 이해하는데 유용하며, 약물이나 치료법이 종양에 미치는 영향을 연구하고 새로운 치료법의 효과를 평가할 때, 종양의 특정 세포들이 어떻게 상호작용하는지 파악하기 위해 이용됩니다.

• Discovery Life Sciences는 동결보존 조직 분리 방법을 처음으로 개발하여, fresh tissue의 대안으로 사용할 수 있도록 하였습니다. 
• Thawing Viable Cell Products 프로토콜에 따라 보장된 세포 수가 있는 단일 세포 현탁액의 냉동 보존 바이알로 제공됩니다.
• 독점 맞춤 프로토콜을 통해 냉동 보존의 영향을 최소화하여, 냉동 전(81.3%) 및 해동 후(69.7%) 높은 비율의 세포 생존율을 제공합니다. 
• 모든 DTC에 기본 환자 데이터 및 수정된 병리 보고서, 유세포 분석에 의한 세포 집단 분석, 유세포 분석에 의한 HLA-A02 상태가 포함되어 있습니다.
• 일부 DTC에는 표적 유전체 분석이 포함되어 있습니다. 재고 중 일부는 PCR 또는 NGS를 통해 다양한 유전체 바이오마커(MSI, EGFR, KRAS 등)로 특성화됩니다.

Tissue dissociation process. Solid tissue is received at the centralized processing laboratory and immediately processed (1). The tissue is minced into small pieces (2) and then undergoes mechanical and enzymatic digestion to the single cell level (3). The cell suspension is resuspended in CryoStor CS10 (4) and slowly frozen overnight in a -80ºC freezer (5). After a minimum of 24 hours in the vapor phase of liquid nitrogen, a single vial is thawed, and QC metrics such as cell concentration, cell viability, and cellular composition by flow cytometry is assessed (6).
