  • 62세의 백인 남성 기증자의 피부에서 자발적으로 변형된 각질세포로부터 유래된 불멸화 세포주 입니다.
  • 안정적인 분화 능력을 가지며, 피부 생물학, 상처 치유, 상피 기능, 발암, 피부 질환 연구 등에 사용됩니다. 
  • 피부 섬모병 (skin ciliopathies) 연구 모델로도 이용될 수 있습니다.
  • 전용 media인 Human HaCaT Keratinocyte Growth Media (#MR1013)과 함께 배양하도록 권장되며, cuboidal morphology를 유지하고, 48시간의 dubling time을 보입니다.
  • 약 500,000 cells/vial로 제공됩니다.
