Human iPS Cell Episomal DNA Reprogramming Mix (#MR1004)  

• Ebstein-B-virus의 바이러스 유전자인 EBNA-1이 도입된 벡터로, poly A sequence와 CMV promotor를 포함하는 episomal plasmid mix 입니다. 
• c-Myc, I-Myc, Lin28과 같은 전사 인자의 종양 유발 가능성을 피하고, Oct-4, Sox-2, Klf-4와 같은 reprogramming factor의 높은 발현을 유도합니다. 
• 이와 함께, 리프로그래밍 과정에서 세포 사멸을 예방하는 데 필요한 p53 anti-sense 요소와 transfection 효율과 episomal silencing을 결정하는 Red Fluorescent Protein Reporter tag가 포함되어 있습니다. 
• 이 episomal kit는 mRNA나 Sendai virus를 이용한 리프로그래밍 방법에 비해 여러 장점을 갖고 있습니다.
