GST ELISA Kit (#AKR-5185) 

• Glutathione S-transferase (GST)는 진핵 세포에서 자연적으로 발생하는 26 kDa 단백질입니다. 
• 세포 또는 조직 샘플에서 GST 또는 GST-tagged 단백질의 검출 및 정량에 이용됩니다. 
• Detection sensitivity limit : 78 pg/mL GST
• Standard curve와 GST 샘플을 포함하여 최대 96 assay 분석을 수행할 수 있습니다.

Figure 2: GST-Rhotekin in BL21 Bacterial Lysate. BL21 E.Coli lysate was first diluted to 0.2mg/mL with bacterial sonication buffer (PBS/1% Triton X-100), then further dilute 1000 fold with Assay Diluent. Diluted E.Coli lysate was subjected to GST ELISA Kit according to the Assay Protocol.

Streptavidin ELISA Kit (#AKR-5186)

• Streptavidin은 4개의 high-affinity biotin binding sites를 제공하는 Streptomyces avidinii에서 분리된 tetrameric 60 kDa 박테리아 단백질입니다. 
• 세포 또는 조직 샘플에서 Streptavidin 또는 Streptavidin 단백질의  검출 및 정량에 이용됩니다. 
• Detection sensitivity limit : 15pg/mL Streptavidin

• 세포 또는 조직 샘플에서 Avidin 또는 Avidin 단백질의 검출 및 정량에 이용됩니다.
• Detection sensitivity limit :  15 pg/mL Avidin
• Standard curve와 Avidin 샘플을 포함하여 최대 96 assay까지 분석을 수행할 수 있습니다.

• DYKDDDDK는 단백질-단백질 상호 작용을 연구하기 위해 항체와 함께 단백질 풀 다운에서 일반적으로 사용되는 짧은 친수성 단백질 태그입니다. 
• DYKDDDDK -tagged 단백질 샘플의 신속한 검출 및 정량에 이용됩니다. 
• Detection sensitivity range : 5 µg/mL to 78 ng/mL DYKDDDDK-tag GST protein standard 또는 180 nM - 2.8 nM DYKDDDDK-tag residues.
