미토콘드리아 형광 프로브 | MitoBrilliant™ Dye | 고마바이오텍

특징 

• MitoBrilliant Live dye (#7693, 7417)은 미토콘드리아 막전위(Δψm)에 의해 살아있는 세포의 미토콘드리아에 축적되고, 막전위가 손실되면 염료가 분산됩니다. 
  
• MitoBrilliant™ 646 (#7700)은 미토콘드리아를 염색하고, 막 전위가 손실된 이후에도 미토콘드리아에 유지됩니다. 또한 고정된 세포와 염색에도 사용할 수 있어 IHC/ICC 실험에 적합합니다.
• 기존의 미토콘드리아 dye보다 훨씬 선명합니다.
  
• Wash 단계 없이 이미징할 수 있습니다. 단, media는 교체하는 것을 권장합니다.
  
• 현미경, confocal, super-resolution 현미경, FACS, High-content screening/imaging, IHC/ICC 등에 사용하실 수 있습니다.

HeLa cells were incubated with MitoBrilliant™ Live 549 (100 nM, right) or an equivalent competitor dye (100 nM, left) for 40 minutes. Cells were counterstained with DAPI (Cat. No. 5758). Images obtained using an LSM880 Confocal with a 63X objective. The same settings were used for both images. Scale bar = 10 μm

HeLa cells were incubated with MitoBrilliant™ 646 (100 nM, right) or an equivalent competitor dye (100 nM, left) for 40 minutes. Cells were then fixed for 10 minutes in 4% PFA. Images obtained using an LSM880 Confocal with a 63X oil objective. Laser power and gain were set to each individual probe. Scale bar = 10 μm.
