• Caco-2 cell은 Human colorectal carcinoma로부터 유래되어 in vivo intestinal barrier의 형태학적, 기능적 특성을 가지고 있습니다.
• CacoReady는 In vitro intestinal absorption 평가에 바로 사용할 수 있는 ready-to-use Caco-2 cell monolayer 입니다.
• 24well 혹은 96well plate에 seeding되어 있어 사용할 수 있으므로 세포배양 과정이 필요없습니다. 
• 경구 투약 약물의 bioavailability, toxicity, efficiency를 평가하는데 이용됩니다.

사용 방법
