1. STING 분석서비스  

• STING은 선척성 면역체계를 자극하고 종양 면역원성을 강화하므로, 유망한 면역치료제 타겟이 되고 있습니다.

STING agonist cGAMP, a cyclic dinucleotide (CDN), interacts with STING protein to induce the transcription of interferon (IFN) genes and other cytokines. ENPP1 and PARP7 inhibit pathway activation by hydrolyzing cGAMP or inhibiting downstream signaling cascade, respectively.

3. PARP 분석서비스 

• PARP1, PARP2, PARP3, PARP5A(TNKS1), PARP5B(TNKS2), PARP7을 포함한 PARP 슈퍼패밀리에 대한 총 6가지 효소 분석을 제공합니다.
• PARP는 DNA 복구(PARP1, PARP2, PARP3), Wnt 신호 전달 경로(PARP5A, PARP5B) 및 선천 면역 조절(PARP7)에서 중요한 역할을 하며, 이는 다양한 암 유형에 대한 새로운 치료 전략으로 사용됩니다.
• 특히 선택적 PARP 억제제는 BRCA 돌연변이 난소암, 유방암 및 전립선암과 진행성 고형 종양 치료에 매우 많이 사용됩니다. 이 패널을 스크리닝하면 잠재적인 선택적 PARP 억제제를 평가하고 식별할 수 있습니다.
