배 경 

 

Western blot을 할 때, 검출된 단백질의 수준을 정규화하여 단백질 로딩이 겔에서 동일하다는 것을 확인하여야 합니다. 이를 위해, 다양한 세포나 샘플에서 일정한 수준으로 발현되는 단백질을 대조군으로 사용하여야 합니다. Beta-actin, Alpha-tubulin 및 GAPDH와 같은 housekeeping gene이 주로 loading control로 사용됩니다. Actin은 모든 세포에 존재하는 유비쿼터스 단백질이며 진핵 세포 골격의 주요 구성 요소입니다. α-, β-tubulin 이종이량체로 구성된 구상 튜불린 소단위체는 세포골격을 구성하는 세 가지 유형의 세포질 섬유 중 하나인 미세소관의 구성 요소입니다. 

 

 

 

특 징 

 

  • Loading controls을 이용하여 gel에 동일한 양의 단백질이 로딩되었는지 확인함으로써 보다 신뢰성 있는 결과를 확인할 수 있습니다.
  • 어떤 세포에서든 일정한 양만큼 항상 발현되는 Housekeeping gene인 β-actin, α-tubulin, GAPDH가 각각 구성품 별로 제공됩니다.
  • 항체는 친화성 크로마토그래피 정제된 IgG로 공급됩니다.
  • Species Reactivity : Human
  • Clonality : Polyclonal
