단백질 핵산 형광 염색을 위한 CF Dye

Alexa Fluor® dye를 대체하는 높은 친수성 CF® Dye는 광안정성과 우수한 밝기를 제공하는 형광 염색제로, 단백질이나 핵산 타겟에 라벨링되어 분석, 추적, 관찰 등에 이용됩니다.

CF® Dye 특징

  

  • CF® dye는 생체 분자, 특히 단백질 및 핵산을 라벨링하기 위한 가시광선 및 근적외선(NIR) 스펙트럼에 걸쳐 있는 수용성 형광 염료 시리즈로, 기존의 Alexa Fluor® dye를 대체합니다. 
  • Rhodamine dye는 광안정성이 우수하고 형광 quantum yield가 높습니다. Alexa Fluor dye가 이러한 Rhodamine core 구조를 갖고 있지만, 형광 파장을 원적외선이나 근적외선 영역으로 확장하는 것이 어렵습니다. Biotium의 CF dye는 novel Rhodamine chemistry를 이용하여 이런 문제를 해결하고 밝고 수용성이며 형광 안정성이 높습니다. 
  • 모든 amine-reactive CF® dye는 가수분해에 강하고 안정적인 형태의 SE를 통해 일관되고 더 높은 라벨링 효율성을 제공합니다. 
  • Near-Infrared dye는 일반적으로 가시 범위의 염료보다 크기가 훨씬 큽니다. 크기가 크면 종종 염료 용해도가 낮거나 염료가 응집/소광 되는 등 여러 문제를 초래합니다. 설폰화 (sulfonation)을 통해 염료 용해도와 형광 양자 수율을 어느정도 향상시키지만 비특이적 bioconjugation을 유도하게 됩니다. Biotium의 CF dye는 특허받은 polyethylene glycol 염료 변형 및 pegylated dye chemistry를 이용하여 Near Infrared 염료 설계에 대한 문제점을 해결하고 주요 이점을 제공합니다.
  • 우수한 밝기, 광안정성, 광화학 스위칭 등의 특성은 3-D SIM, 3-D STORM등 초고해상도 현미경 이미징에 유용합니다. 
  • CF dye는 reactive dye, labeling kit, 1차/2차 항체 등에 이용되고, 또한 toxin, tracer, lignad, nucleotide등에 conjugation 됩니다.
