배경

Immunoassay를 통해 타겟을 감지하려고 할 때, 타겟과 항체의 특이적 반응 외에도 Fc 수용체, 내인성 효소, 반응성 항원 결정기 등에 항체가 결합하기도 합니다. 이러한 비특이적 결합에 의해 백그라운드 staining이 되면 실험 결과에 왜곡이 생기게 됩니다. 백그라운드 염색이나 위양성 결과를 줄이기 위해, 음성 대조군이 필요합니다. 항체와 유사하지만, 타겟과 결합하지 않는 immunoglobulin control을 사용하면, ELISA, IHC, WB에서 실험 결과의 정확도를 향상시킬 수 있습니다.



특징​

  • Flow cytometry, IHC, ELISA, WB, IF 등에 이용되는 Immunoglobulin isotype control입니다. 
  • 1차 항체와 유사하지만, 타겟 특이적 결합을 하지 않아 negative control로 사용할 수 있습니다.
  • Normal Human IgG 는  멀티플렉스와 microarray에서 대조군으로 ELISA에서 standard로 사용할 수 있습니다.
  • Normal Human IgM Lambda는 ELISA에서 standard로 사용할 수 있습니다.
  • Isotype control은 blocking이나 coating agent로도 사용할 수 있습니다.

Immunoglobulin was detected with serially diluted Mouse Anti-Human IgG1 Hinge-BIOT, Mouse Anti-Human IgG2 Fc-BIOT, Mouse Anti-Human IgG3 Hinge-BIOT, Mouse Anti-Human IgG4 pFc-BIOT, Mouse Anti-Human IgA1-BIOT (SB Cat. No. 9130-08), Mouse Anti-Human IgA2-BIOT, Mouse Anti-Human IgD-BIOT, Mouse Anti-Human IgE Fc-BIOT, Mouse Anti-Human IgM-BIOT, Mouse Anti-Human Kappa-BIOT, and Mouse Anti-Human Lambda-BIOT followed by Streptavidin-HRP.  



Control Normal Goat IgG (FITC)
