  • Dengue virus NS1 protein은 초기 발견의 biomarker로 이용됩니다. 
  • NS1은 monomer, dimer, hexamer등의 여러 폼으로 존재하는데 dimeric NS1은 glycosyl-phosphatidylinositol (GPI)을 통해 cell membrane에 붙을 수 있게 하고, Hexameric NS1은 환자의 혈액이나 감염된 세포액에서 발견됩니다.
