특징

혈청 아밀로이드 A (Serum Amyloid A, SAA)와 혈청 아밀로이드 P (Serum Amyloid P, SAP)는 염증성 cytokine에 의해 간에서 생성되어 혈중으로 분비되는 단백질 조기 염증 단백질 마커로, 세균성 감염이나 바이러스 감염에서 농도가 급 상승합니다.
혈청내 존재하는 SAA 혹은 SAP를 측정하는 ELISA Kit를 제공합니다.
