Target over expression control lentivirus  

 

• 유전자 과발현을 위한 음성대조군 렌티바이러스 입니다.
• 타겟 부분에 Null spacer sequence가 cloning되어 있습니다.
• Start codon이 없으므로 타겟 발현은 하지 않고, RSV promoter하에 항생제 내성을 가집니다.

  

shRNA expression control lentivirus

• inducible H1 promoter나 constitutive U6 promoter하에 universal negative control shRNA 시퀀스를 포함하고 있는 음성대조군 shRNA lentivirus 입니다.
• shRNA treatment의 off-target effect를 확인할 수 있습니다.

Optional inducible expression control lentivirus

• GFP 혹은 RFP 시그널을 관찰함으로서 tetracycline inducible effect를 verification하는데 유용합니다.
• induction에 의해 영향을 받지 않는 RSV promoter하에서 GFP or RFP가 fusion된 antibiotic marker를 포함하여, virus transduction 효율 및 positive cell을 확인하는데 편리합니다.
