특징

 

  • VersaBlot™ Total Protein Normalization Kit는 SDS-PAGE 젤 및 웨스턴 블롯(WB) 멤브레인에서 단백질을 빠르고 민감하게 검출합니다.
  • 단백질은 근적외선 CF® 염료로 공유 표지되어 전기영동 후 젤 염색 없이 형광 검출을 통해 밴드를 즉시 시각화할 수 있습니다.
  • SDS-PAGE 젤에 라벨링된 단백질은 western normalization을 위해 멤브레인으로 옮겨질 수 있습니다.
  • 밴드 당 1ng의 적은 단백질도 감지합니다. 
  • 단백질 함량의 10% 차이도 감지합니다.
  • Downstream multicolor western blotting에 대해 가역적으로 염색합니다.
  • 필요할 경우, membrane scanning 하여 결과를 얻은 후, 반응을 되돌리고, 여기에 multi-color 형광 항체를 다시 라벨링하여 multi-color western을 진행할 수 있습니다.
  • Typhoon™, Odyssey®, and 그 외 다른 fluorescence imager와 호환됩니다.

The VersaBlot™ Total Protein Normalization Kits showed better linearity compared to the antibody-based detection of housekeeping proteins.




Figure 2. HeLa lysate was labeled with the VersaBlot™ CF®770T kit or left unlabeled. Lysates were loaded on SDS-PAGE gels at 9 ug or 10 ug total protein per lane and transferred to PDVF membranes. Proteins were imaged and quantitated using (A) VersaBlot™ CF®770T signal or (B) REVERT™ Total Protein Stain using an Odyssey® Infrared Imaging System. (C) CF®770T prestain demonstrated significant difference in signal while the REVERT® kit was not able to distinguish samples with 10% difference in protein content.
