특징

• 전기영동후 gel 염색시간이 15분으로 단축됩니다.
• Destaining이 필요없습니다.
• 여러가지 섞인 complex sample에서도 백그라운드 없이 sharp한 밴드를 얻을 수 있습니다.
• Sensitivity : 15ng protein band
• 적용 가능 샘플 : 모든 타입의 단백질 샘플 (lysate, serum, pure and partially pure sample등도 가능)
• 적용 가능 gel : 모든 native 및 SDS gel
• 최대 3번까지 재사용 할 수 있습니다.
• 냉장보관이 필요없으며 (실온 1년) 침전물이 형성되지 않습니다.
