  • EpiCypher의 비변형 재조합 뉴클레오솜(Recombinant Nucleosomes / rNucs)은 대장균(E. coli)에서 생성된 인간 히스톤 단백질로 정밀하게 설계되었으며, 완전 합성 Widom 601 positioning DNA로 감싸여 있습니다.
  • 히스톤 수정 효소의 천연 생리적 기질로서, rNucs는 체외(in vitro) 효소 분석, 고처리량 화합물 스크리닝(HTS) 및 기타 후성유전학 연구에 이상적입니다.


종류

  • 번역 후 변형 (PTM)이 없는 재조합 mononucleosomes 및 dinucleosomes
  • 히스톤 꼬리(tail)가 절단된 뉴클레오솜
  • 히스톤 변이체(예: H2AZ)로 조립된 뉴클레오솜
