특징 

• 내독소 (Endotoxin)은 그람음성세균에 존재하며 치료용 단백질의 주된 오염 요인입니다. 그람음성 박테리아의 세포벽을 이루는 Lipopolysaccharide (LPS)는 포유동물의 숙주에서 저혈압, 기관부전, 파종성 혈관내 응고 및 치명적인 쇼크를 유발할 수 있는 물질로, drug 공정시 제거되어야 합니다. 
• 고효율의 내독소 제거용 ToxinEraser resin으로 처리된 polymyxin B (PMB) affinity matrix를 이용하여 endotoxin을 제거합니다. 
• ToxinEraser를 반복적으로 사용함으로써 final endotoxin 수준을 샘플 유형에 따라 최대 0.1 EU/ml까지 낮출 수 있습니다. 
• High binding capacity: > 2,000,000 EU/ml (CV)
  
• High recovery yield: >90% with minimal sample loss.
