특징

 

  • AAV Reference material은 연구실이나 제조 공정에서 사용하는 측정 방법이 동일한 기준점을 가지고 정확하게 비교될 수 있도록 돕는 표준 시료입니다.
  • 서로 다른 배치(Batch)에서 생산된 AAV 벡터나, 여러 연구소에서 측정된 결과가 서로 비교 가능하도록 측정 시스템을 보정(Calibration)하는 데 사용됩니다. 이는 규제 기관(FDA, EMA 등)에 제출하는 데이터의 신뢰성을 높입니다.
  • AAV 제품의 효능과 안전성에 직결되는 핵심 품질 (Genome titer, Capsid titer, Infectivity/Potency titer)을 측정할 때 표준물질로 사용됩니다. 
  • Empty capsid와 full capsid 타입으로 제공됩니다.
