특징 

 

  • Sambucus nigra lectin 및 elderberry bark lectin (EBL)으로 알려져 있는 Sambucus nigra lectin (SNA)는 2형 ribosome-inactivating protein 그룹에 속합니다. 효소활성을 가진 A 사슬과 탄수화물 결합 활성을 가진 B 사슬로 구성되며, 결합 분자량은 ~ 140,000 Da 입니다.
  • Sambucus Nigra 렉틴(SNA, EBL) CF® Dye conjugate는 말단 galactose에 결합된 sialic acid에 binding 합니다.
  • 곤충 세포 및 배양된 포유류 세포 암세포에서 세포 사멸을 유도할 수 있습니다. 
  • 조직 절편에서 면역형광 염색을 진행할 수 있습니다.
  • 6가지 CF dye 및 biotin을 붙은 형태 중에서 선택할 수 있습니다.
