  • 혈청, 혈장, 조직샘플 또는 세포현탁액에서 choline-based phospholipids 의 양을 측정합니다.
  • 샘플과 standard 는 37ºC에서 30분동안 반응 후, 96-well fluorometric plate reader 로 읽습니다.
  • detection sensitivity limit : 약 150 nM
