배경

 

혈관에 손상이 생기면 혈액이 응고하여 과도한 혈액 손실로부터 보호하게 됩니다. 응고 인자가 단계적으로 활성화되면 일련의 단백질 분해 반응이 일어나 혈액 응고가 일어나며, 외인성/조직 손상 경로와 내인성/접촉 경로에 의해 활성화될 수 있습니다. 두 경로는 모두 Coagulation Factor Xa의 활성화하고Prothrombin/Coagulation Factor II를 Thrombin/Coagulation Factor IIa를 전환합니다. Thrombin은 Fibrinogen을 Fibrin monomer로 전환하며, 이는 Fibrin clog을 형성하기 위해 중합됩니다. Fibrin clot은 활성화된 platelet와 함께 상처 부위에서 작용하여 손상된 조직을 안정화하고 혈액이 추가로 손상되는 것을 방지하기 위해 혈전을 형성합니다.
