Mix-n-Stain™ CF® Dye IgM Antibody Labeling Kit는 IgG에 비해 형광 라벨링하기 까다로운 IgM 항체에 CF Dye를 라벨링 하기 위해 사용됩니다.

특징

IgM 항체에 CF® Dye 혹은 FITC를 라벨링하기 위한 제품입니다.
15-30분 내에 신속하게 진행됩니다.
별도의 정제 과정 없이 100 % 회수됩니다.
Purified IgM 항체를 Kit내 reaction buffer 및 pre-measured dye와 함께 혼합한 후 간단한 배양을 통해 라벨링을 수행합니다.
라벨링된 항체는 multiplex staining에 이용할 수 있습니다.

데이터

Mouse anti-beta tubulin clone 5H1 (IgM kappa) was labeled with CF®488A using Mix-n-Stain™ IgM labeling, then was used to stain methanol-fixed HeLa cells at 5 ug/mL (right panel). The conjugate shows comparable staining specificity compared to unlabeled antibody used at 1 ug/mL and detected using CF®488A Goat Anti-Mouse IgM Mu chain secondary antibody at 2 ug/mL (left panel)
