특징 

 

  • Histone demethylases (KDMs)은 histone tail에 있는 lysine과 arginine 잔기로부터 methyl group을 제거하는 효소입니다. 
  • Histone Deacetylase (HDAC)은 histone tail에 있는 lysine 잔기로부터 acetyl group을 제거하는 효소입니다. 염색질의 리모델링에 관여하며 세포주기, 혈관형성, 면역조절, 세포사멸등에 관여합니다.
