특징

 

  • HEM은 adult 및 juvenile tissue로부터 유래되었습니다. 
  • CnT-40 배지에서 성장시켜 분리한 HEM 1차 인간 멜라닌세포는 장기간에 걸쳐 증식되며, CnT-40 배지는 멜라닌의 발현을 유지시켜줍니다.  
  • 각질세포(Keratinocyte)와 멜라닌세포의 공동배양시, 각질세포 배양배지로부터 유래된 성분이 멜라닌 세포 성장을 억제하거나 즉각적인 분화를 유도할 수 있어, 두 세포의 공동배양이 어려운 경우가 발생합니다. CnT-PR-KM은 이런 어려움을 극복하고 두 세포의 공동배양을 위해 특별히 고안되었습니다.
