  • Multiplex

    • Apoptosis - concentration required for significant caspase-3 induction (5-fold and 6SD over vehicle) and maximum fold induction (Emax).

  • Univariate Genomic Analysis
    • Identify and prioritize predictive genomic biomarkers from drug response data by analysis of hundreds of thousands of genomic features.  Genomic features that are analyzed include mRNA overexpression, amplifications, deletions, coding, and non-coding mutations and gain/loss of function lesion categories.  Analysis in the context of cancer subtypes and tissue classification.

A database of genomic features evaluated for correlation to PD0325901 responsiveness, as measured by cell count IC50. Use of orthogonal Student’s t-test (x axis) and Fisher’s exact test (y axis) address mathematical bias, allowing identification of biologically relevant features significant by both.
