    • Lentivirus vector를 이용하여 분열및 미분열세포내로 gene을 transfer하는것이 용이합니다.
    • brain, liver, muscle, retina in vivo등에 독성이나 면역반응유발없이 잘 transfection 됩니다.
    • multi-virus transduction에 비해 10배 이상, non-viral methods에 비해 500배 이상 효율이 좋습니다.
