  • OxiSelect™ TBARS Assay Kit (MDA Quantitation) (STA-330)
    • Lipid peroxidation의 산물인 total malondialdehyde (MDA)의 양을, TBA와 반응시켜 MDA-TBA adduct를 TBARS Method로 측정하는 kit 입니다.
    • oxidative stress여부를 단 30분내에 알수 있습니다.
    • 적은양의 샘플로도 측정이 가능합니다.
    • 타사의 제품은 TBARS 측정시 glass tube등이 필요하지만, OxiSelect는 필요하지 않아 사용이 편리합니다.
    • Standard ELISA 법 혹은 fluorometric plate reader로 측정이 가능합니다.

    • Lipid peroxidation의 산물인 malondialdehyde (MDA)를 Immunoblot 혹은 ELISA로 측정합니다.
    • 1,2차 항체 및 positive control을 제공하는 OxiSelect MDA Immunoblot Kit와 더 많은 양의 샘플을 동시에 측정할수 있는 ELISA 법을 이용한 OxiSelect MDA ELISA kit를 제공합니다.
    • ELISA Kit를 이용시 2 pmol/mg의 적은 농도까지 측정이 가능합니다.
